Joseline has more than 15 years general management experience. She has worked for multi-nationals in USA and South Africa. She is currently the Managing Director of Crest Foam Ltd. (Uganda). She is a non-executive Board member for TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda, Uganda Manufacturing Association, NCBA (U) Bank and Biyinzika Poultry International Limited.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick (UK), an MPHIL in Management Studies from University of Cambridge (UK) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA).
Racheal has 12 years general management experience having held various senior positions at Cummins - a Fortune 500 company. Positions held include Managing Director for Cummins Southern Africa, IT leader for Cummins Africa, Strategic Programs and Integration Director.
She is a Board member of Cummins Kenya. She holds an undergraduate degree from Winona State University (USA) and MBA from Ball State University (USA). Racheal is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Daniel has worked for more than 30 years in the energy sector and has held leadership positions for more than 20 years. Senior positions held include Managing Director for TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda, Managing Director for Total Liberia, Group Internal Auditor.
He is the current Chairperson of the Board of Safe Way Right Way Uganda.
Daniel holds an undergraduate degree from University of Nairobi and an MBA from United States International University.
Jacqueline has more than 20 years leadership in the development sector. She has worked in Eastern, Western and Southern Africa. She has held several positions in strategy, finance, human resources and general administration.
She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Kampala where she serves as the Vice President and is the President Nominee for 2025-2026.
She holds undergraduate degrees from Maryland University College (USA) and Bowie State University (USA) and an MA from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa.
